The site for the AT&T Park has it all: San Francisco's skyline, the hills of the East Bay, and vivid ocean sunsets over the Golden Gate. The ballpark takes every advantage of its spectacular location, creating a seamless relationship with the city and turning the Bay into an inimitable design feature. This gesture of owner and architect collaboration is perhaps the most compelling example of the effort to make the building, the game and the city as one.

The intimate seating bowl is situated around a lopsided playing field, a left-handed batter's dream. Some seats are within 48 feet of the playing field. Even non-ticket holders are offered a free glimpse from a public promenade along the waterfront from right field to center field.
