The Davis County Events Center is a multi-purpose equestrian and exhibition complex that hosts a variety of events including the annual County Fair. Commissioned by the Davis County Commission, the master plan considers the possible impacts of a proposed major highway, the expansion of on-site uses and the addition of a major adjacent commercial development. Alternative designs and associated cost estimates were prepared for the expansion of facilities at the existing site as well as cost estimates for a possible relocation.
