HOK Sport has designed the new owners' facilities at the existing Happy Valley Racecourse, for the Hong Kong Jockey Club. The project includes the refurbishment of the M1 stand and the upgrade of restaurants and dining facilities, as well as a comprehensive rethink of the owners' experience.
The design provides a totally new experience for horse owners. The facilities are also unique when benchmarked against the best race facilities around the world. The M1 building is now more fully utilized to maximize revenue generating opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies and operational costs.
