On May 21, 2007, HOK Sport unveiled plans for a renovated Kauffman Stadium. The ‘modern classic’ will feature four new entry gates; a new high definition scoreboard; a new outfield concourse that will allow fans to take a 360-degree walk around the ballpark; wider concourses and more restrooms. Phased construction will begin in October 2007 and will be complete by Opening Day 2010.
