M&T Bank Stadium was designed to offer a sense of openness. Views out of the stadium are encouraged through its archways at ground level, while glimpses into the stadium can be seen from the surrounding elevated roadways. Notches in the stadium façade add additional views into the stadium while giving the building a unique style. A concourse at the upper level provides a view of the Baltimore skyline from about eight stories high.
