The San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo is one of Texas’ premier annual events with an attendance of 1.2 million over a two-and-a-half-week period. Its primary purposes are to celebrate Texas’ heritage and promote youth development through judging, competitions and the livestock auction. Equine activities are an essential component that draws contestants from all over North America. The Equestrian Complex will be the center for these activities and will consist of a show pavilion with 1,500 seats, integrated exhibit space, covered show arena and attached stalls.
