This 72,000-square-foot facility houses the entire athletic department and includes administrative areas, locker rooms, 5,000 square feet of weight training and conditioning area, training and treatment facilities, academic advisors' offices, ticket offices and a sports shop. All the spaces are centered around the 4,600 square foot Hall of Fame, placing coaches and administrators close to their particular sports. The football coaches' offices, for example, feature balconies overlooking their practice field.
The Wilson Center was featured in the Athletic Business 1991 "Architectural Showcase" issue.
