The University of Central Florida was in great need of a new 10,000-seat, multipurpose arena. HOK Sport designed the new facility to host numerous events including convocations, graduations, concerts, and men's and women's basketball.
The facility includes a club lounge, student and athlete dining facility and branded concessions with a full-service food court. The adjacent, existing arena will be renovated into a dynamic practice facility with a 2,500-seat performance court, two practice courts, locker rooms, strength training, athletic medicine, equipment rooms, team meeting rooms, video theaters and offices.
