David Bower has nearly 30 years of experience in the architecture industry, the last 19 of which he has spent as an architect with HOK Sport. A senior project manager and principal, Bower is responsible for the firm's international, spring training and minor league ballpark projects. As such, he oversees development and management of these ballparks throughout the design process. In April 2007, Bower was elected mayor of Raytown, Missouri, a city of 30,000.
