Jim is an experienced senior project manager whose main responsibility with HOK Sport is the staffing and professional development of the technical staff. His responsibilities also include training, recruiting, and quality improvement activities.
Jim serves on the Marketing and the Professional Services Committee. In addition, he acts as a resource to the Project Managers', Project Architects', and Project Designers' Groups. He works directly with the project managers and technical staff for the staffing of both small, short-term projects and large, long-term projects.
