Andrew has spent much of his career in Asia, managing offices and directing major projects and is part of the senior management team of HOK Sport worldwide.

Andrew is a Project Director of the Taipei Dome, a project involving a sports stadium at the centre of a AUD$1billion retail, residential and commercial development in Taiwan. Andrew directed the Nanjing Sports Park for the 2005 China National Games and the Taipei Arena in Taiwan. In Australia, he directed HOK Sport's involvement in the redevelopment of the MCG in Melbourne, a job that involved managing teams from five architectural practices. Andrew is currently working on projects in India, Singapore, Taiwan and China.

Andrew has highly developed negotiation skills as well as an ability to adapt to the different business cultures throughout Asia. He deals with all levels of government and private consortia.
