Charles has more than 35 years of experience in the design, programming and management of fairgrounds, exhibition centers, arenas, equestrian centers, and theme parks. He has created master plans for fairs, exposition centers, and entertainment facilities throughout the United States, as well as in Australia and Canada. Charles has written and presented on topics related to master planning and design for a variety of trade organizations across the country.
