George A. Valenti brings over three decades of diversified business experience to HOK Sport Venue Event, the HOK Sport companies. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees finance, treasury and administrative functions for the firm.
Throughout his career, George has demonstrated the ability to positively impact revenue growth, profitability and organizational development. He has participated in more than 80 acquisitions and numerous debt financing and stock issuances.
Before joining HOK, George provided financial and managerial services to a variety of service and technology companies. He offers a wide range of organizational experience, with a background that includes working as a Controller, Vice President of Financial Services and Chief Financial Officer for publicly traded companies.
His activities at HOK have included implementing a cash management process, developing banking relationships and helping to redesign and implement new employee benefits to ensure that the firm attracts and retains the best employees.
George is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Financial Executives Networking Group.
