Dennis is a founding principal of HOK Sport. His primary focus for the past 25 years has been the design of stadium facilities for National Football League teams. He also has extensive experience in the design and management of multipurpose facilities that serve as both sports and entertainment venues. Many of these buildings include and perform integrally with convention and conference centers, retail and entertainment venues.
Since the opening of HOK Sport's most recent NFL facilities (Gillette Stadium and Reliant Stadium), Dennis is now overseeing the new multipurpose stadium for the Arizona Cardinals. This blend of high design and multipurpose use together creates a world-class facility. It features a movable stadium floor and retractable roof for ultimate versatility. Dennis' previous stadium projects also include Jacksonville Municipal Stadium, Bank of America Stadium, Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex Multipurpose Facility Masterplan, Cleveland Browns Stadium, Dolphin Stadium, Edward Jones Dome at America's Center, Heinz Field, M&T Bank Stadium, Raymond James Stadium, Rose Bowl Improvements Study, San Diego Chargers Stadium Study, and The Alamodome.
